Taco Soup

1 lb. lean ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can fat-free refried beans
1 can mexican style chili beans, drained
1 - 16oz can of corn, drained
1-16 oz can of tomatoes
1-15 oz can of tomato sauce
1 1/2 cup water
1-4 oz can chopped green chilies
1 pkg taco seasoning
1 pkg Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix
  1. Brown beef with onion and drain off fat.
  2. Add remaining ingredients. Cook on low heat for about 1 hour, stirring occasionally to keep beans from sticking to the bottom of the pan - OR put it in the crock pot and let it slow cook for several hours.
