Broccoli - couple of bunches cut into bite-sized pieces
red grapes, halved
2 stalks of celery, chopped
1/2 of a red onion, diced
sunflower seeds
1/2 lb. bacon, cut up and cooked until crisp
Dressing:
1 Cup mayonaise
1/2 C. sugar
4 Tbsp cider vinegar
Mix the dressing ingredients a few hours or even the night before serving and add to salad just before serving.
