2 pkg yeast
2 T. sugar
1 sm. pkg. vanilla instant pudding
2 cups milk, room temperature
1/2 C. butter, melted
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. salt
8 C. flour
1 C. butter, melted
2 C. brown sugar
2-3 T. cinnamon
6 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/3 C. butter softened
2 tsp. vanilla
4 1/2 C. powdered sugar
- Combine water, yeast and sugar.
- In a large bowl, mix pudding and milk.
- Add 1/2 cup melted butter, eggs and salt. Add yeast and blend.
- Add flour and knead until smooth and soft.
- Let rise until double, punch down and roll out to 34''x21''.
- Brush 1 C. melted butter then sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
- Roll up from the short side. Cut into rolls.
- Let rise 20 minutes.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
- Frost while warm. Beat cream cheese and butter together with electric mixer, add vanilla, then slowly add powdered sugar.
