1 C. sour cream
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 C. butter/margarine melted
- Place thawed chicken in a buttered baking dish.
- Mix sour cream, lemon juice, salt and paprika and pour over chicken.
- Melt butter and pour over mixture.
- Bake at 350 degrees for an hour.
- Serve over rice.
You can mix the ingredients in a gallon freezer bag and freeze to cook later. Don't forget to add cooking instructions to bag!
