Shoppers Chicken

3-4 whole chicken breast halves, thawed
1 C. sour cream
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 C. butter/margarine melted


  1. Place thawed chicken in a buttered baking dish.
  2. Mix sour cream, lemon juice, salt and paprika and pour over chicken.
  3. Melt butter and pour over mixture.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for an hour.
  5. Serve over rice.

You can mix the ingredients in a gallon freezer bag and freeze to cook later. Don't forget to add cooking instructions to bag!
