Pumpkin Pie Milkshake

1/3 C pumpkin, canned
1/4 - 1/2 C milk
1/4 t vanilla
1/2 t cinnamon
1/16 t cloves (just use a 1/8 t measure and fill it half way, or do a pinch)
1/16 t nutmeg
2 T brown sugar
2 C vanilla ice cream
1-2 graham crackers

Pop everything but graham crackers in a blender. Start with 1/4 C milk and then slowly add more if needed to make the blender process it all. I used somewhere between 1/4-1/2 C.

Fruit Salad Smoothie

1 med peach
3/4 C frozen/fresh strawberries
1/2 C. peeled banana
2 C. skimmed, evaporated milk, chilled
4 tsp. frozen OJ concentrate
1 tsp. vanilla
4-6 ice cubes
cinnamon - optional

Combine everything in blender except ice and cinnamon. With blender running, add ice cubes one at a time. Sprinkle with cinnamon.

Triple Berry Refresher

1 1/2 C. (12 fl. oz can) evaporated milk
1 container (6-8 ozs) berry flavored lowfat yogurt
1/2 C. fresh blueberries
1/2 C. fresh raspberries
1/2 C. fresh strawberry halves or blackberries
2-3 Tbsp. honey

Place everything in blender and Blend until smooth. Strain to remove seeds. Serve over ice.

NOTE: Slightly thawed frozen unsweetened/lightly sweetened berries may be substituted.

Pineapple Milkshake

20 ozs crushed pineapple
2 C. vanilla ice cream
1 C. skim milk
1/8 tsp. cinnamon

BLEND.

Cool and refreshing. I could go for one right now.

Peach Refresher Smoothie

Peach Refresher Smoothie
2 cups Apple Juice
1 cup vanilla frozen yogurt
1/2 banana
1 cup peach yogurt
1 1/2 cups frozen peach slices

Pour all liquid ingredients into blender. Add frozen ingredients. Blend at low speed for30 seconds then blend high speed until smooth. You may need to stir the ingredients around, then blend more. Serve immediately. Makes 3-5 servings

Strawberry Banana Smoothie

1 cup apple juice
1 cup milk
1 frozen banana
1 1/2 cups strawberry yogurt

Pour all liquid ingredients into blender. Add frozen ingredients. Blend at low speed for30 seconds then blend high speed until smooth. You may need to stir the ingredients around, then blend more. Serve immediately. Makes 3-5 servings

Berry Blast Smoothie

1 cup apple juice
1 1/2 cup lemonade
1 cup frozen raspberries
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1 cup raspberry sherbet

Pour all liquid ingredients into blender. Add frozen ingredients. Blend at low speed for30 seconds then blend high speed until smooth. You may need to stir the ingredients around, then blend more. Serve immediately. Makes 3-5 servings

Berry Lemonade Slush

1/2 cup Country Time Lemonade Flavor Drink Mix (dry)
1/2 cup water
3 cups ice cubes
1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries

Measure drink mix into cap to 1 qt line (1/2 cup). Empty into blender container.
Add remaining ingredients; cover. Blend on high speed 10 sec. Turn off blender. Stir with spoon; cover. Blend an additional 5 sec or until smooth, using pulsing action.
Serve immediately. Store leftover in freezer.

Makes 4 servings, 3/4 cup each.
