Pancakes

Ingredients:
2 eggs
2 c flour
2 c milk (less if you want them thicker)
2 T. sugar
4 T. veg. oil
6 teas baking powder
1/2 teas. salt

Directions:
Beat eggs till fluffy. Add the rest of the ingredients and beat till smooth. Pour on greased, heated frying pan. If you have the pan on med-high for the first side, wait for the bubbles, then flip over and reduce heat to med, they will come out perfectly. Using a measuring cup can make them more uniform. Serve with syrup :)
